      https://issues.redhat.com/browse/MGMT-15691 introduced the code restructuing related to external platform and oci via PR https://github.com/openshift/assisted-service/pull/5787 

      Assisted service needs to be re-vendored in the installer to make sure the dependencies are consistent.

      Note: This re-vendoring is introduced in master branch/4.18 via https://github.com/openshift/installer/pull/9058
