[Data Modeler] Icons are disappearing from the toolbar on the right

      1. If you hover over the icons in the toolbar, the titles of the icons display. Sometimes the title does not disappear even though the mouse is no longer on the icon.
      2. When this happens, click anywhere to make the icon disappear.

      In Data Modeler, the icons available in the toolbar on the right (Drools & jBPM, Persistence, Advanced, OptaPlanner) are disappearing. To make them available again, the Data Modeler needs to be closed and reopened. This happens quite often and makes the user experience very unpleasant.
