Speed up GWT development round-trip when making changes on any part of workbench

    Description

      Goal: When making changing in guvnor, kie-wb-common and drools-wb on both the client and the server side, we should be able to try this changes in the browser/server within seconds without jumping through any hoops. Currently this takes 15 minutes easily (if all goes well).

      This issue has a bunch of subissues (because are many causes that are preventing this goal)
      and it functions only as a way to link all those subissues together with a "incorporates" link.
