As a workbench user I do not want to switch to Project Editor from Designer, in order to build & deploy project every time I make a change. I would like to have this available directly from the designer, so I do not need to switch perspectives every few minutes.

Background:
When making frequent changes to a process, rule, etc, it is inefficient to keep having to switch to the Project Editor in order to Build/Deploy the project and test changes. Perhaps a "Build" menu of some sort can be added that will allow building/deploying, regardless of what view the user is currently on.
