[Preferences] Org. unit, repository and project properties have no input validation

      1. Open Admin page - Admin -> Library -> Repositories
      2. Set Name property to invalid value, for example few spaces
      3. Save properties page.
      4. Open Project Authoring. Create a new team.

      Current result: Modal dialog with error is displayed.
      Expected result: Error is displayed before saving the property.
