Library: Project explorer breadcrumb should allow navigation between projects.

Currently, the project explorer doesn't allow navigation between projects in its internal breadcrumb, which means that when you open a project, the only way to change it is going to the previous screens and selecting another one.

A new root level should be added, containing a dropdown with all projects in that context, so the user can change it.
