EmptyLibraryScreen: Authoring "splash" screen prevents use of Import Example Wizard

When going from EmptyLibraryScreen to the "Authoring Perspective" (to import an example) the "Import Example" wizard is shown. If you have an empty .niogit (or you chose to keep showing the "splash" screens) the "Authoring Help" splash screen is also shown (in my case behind the Wizard). You can step through the "Import Example" wizard but the last page (where you define the "Target repository" and "OU") cannot be completed as the "Target Repository" textbox appears unable to accept focus).

I suspect navigating to the "Authoring Perspective" to run the "Import Example" wizard may be a short-term solution (to the longer term "Library" work) and therefore this may not be an issue for the final solution.
