Merge all new project options - Quick and Advanced setups and Case Mgmt project

The button to create a new project should directly show a dialog with Quick setup (no dropdown) and if needed the user can check/expand the advanced settings in the dialog (another tab/section?) to provide more information for the project.

Case Management can be just an option in the advanced settings (a checkbox?).
