Guided decision table: Allow for adding custom operator and add "starts with", "ends with", "contains" and "matches" operators which can act on String values.

    Description

      Currently there is not a way to add custom operators to guided decision table support in Guvnor/BRMS.
      Also we should add operators like "starts with", "ends with", "contains" and "matches" which work on String values and primitive data types.
