Upload without choosing file causes exception in Artifact repository

      1. Open Artifact repository perspective. (Authoring -> Project Authoring)
      2. Press the Upload button.
      3. Click on the button with upload icon.

      If you click on the upload button in Artifact repository without choosing a file, error dialog with an exception is open. See the screenshot and the exception.

      Instead of the exception with error dialog there should be some explaining error dialog or inline warning.
