In case the users and groups management subsystem is not enabled, an error popup appears once opening the different users/groups/roles screens (see screenshot attached).

Notice that users and groups management subsystem is not enabled in case no configuration is found in the properties files or via environment variables, or in case some invalid configuration causes the subsystem initialization to fail.
