[Security Management] It is not possible to delete created user

      1. Create a user. (Home -> Security -> Users -> New user)
      2. Open the created user and edit him.
      3. Try to delete him by the Delete button.

      If you create a user in Security perspective and you try to delete him, he will stay in users list. Refresh button or browser refreshing does not help.
