Impossible to cancel "Do you want to set a password now?" dialog

When creating a new user, a dialog asking to create a password will appear. There are 3 choices:

• Yes: next dialog will ask for the new password
• No: user creation will be completed without setting a password
• Cancel: doesn't work

Cancel button has now the same effect as No. The expected result is that the dialog would be aborted so the user could continue editing the new user (e.g. adding/removing groups or roles) and have another attempt to submit the user.
