Description
As discussed in Dashbuilder Programmatic Layout API pull request, user creating some charts might have issues with understanding constraints for different kinds of charts.
It is necessary to add validation of displayer settings based on DisplayerConstraints to prevent users from creating charts that are not displayed correctly in the UI.
