It should be possible to conditionally make uberfire docks tabs invisible, depending on the user.

For example, see attached screenshot. If the user does not have the role "plannermgmt" the docks tab with OptaPlanner annotations should not be visible.

This needs to be backported, so it's available to kie 6.4.x (and BRMS 6.3).
