Used logged in users name and email for git commits

I've been trying to find a way to use the logged in user's name and email in the internal appformer git commits

All the changes I've made so far doesn't seem to populate the attributes to the User in SessionInfoImpl

As a work around I've change the Commit code to use the "name" rather than "" if its set which, if the user is logged in with their email address, gets a valid email address in the commit
