Preferences screen can be saved even a property is set to incorrect value

      1. Open Admin page
      2. Open Project preferences
      3. Open Spaces category
      4. Set Name to " " (few space chars / other invalid string)
      5. Click the save button
      6. Error is visible under input but the page is immediately redirected to Admin page.

      If you set a property to some incorrect value and click the save button, error is displayed under the property but the page is redirected to the admin page.

      Invalid value is not saved but it makes the impression that the property was saved.
