Package list fails to populate default package for imported projects

      For 1. Make sure you have identical paths in both src/java and src/resources, when managing in git repo, insert .gitkeep files to retain the emtpy folder structure.

      After AF-2582 the package list is not populated correctly for imported projects.

      1. To properly populate the list the package needs to exist within 'src/java' folder tree, when it's just in 'src/resources' the package list is not populated with such package. In newly created projects the package structure for java and resources subtrees matches, using the .gitkeep files.
      2. Try Samples > import > Add DMN (for example) > the package list stays in `Nothing selected` whereas previously it automatically changed to `<default>`.

      Should we try to fix these?
