• Create standard Dashbuilder Components API so users can use it to build their own components
• Provide Heatmap as a supported internal component
• Provide sample dashboard using heatmap so users can edit and build their own

Acceptance Criteria

• Components Javascript API that works with BC
• Heatmap should be used out-of-the-box in BC
• Able to import the sample dashboard without any issue in BC and edit it to build a new dashboard
