Steps to Reproduce:

Hide

1) Create a screen plugin with Angular/knockout functionality.
2) Add the screen plugin to a perspective plugin. Add a tag to the perspective plugin.
3) Refresh browser and open the perspective plugin in Apps perspective.
4) Check that JS framework works.

Angular or Knockout JavaScript framework does not work if it is used in plugins. Simple example to reproduce the issue can be found here [1].
