Dashbuilder Runtime REST API with the following functionalities:

• GET /dashboard
  • List all the available dashboards
• POST /dashboard
  • Given a dashboard zip file, extract and generate a new dashboard
• GET /dashboard/ {id}
  • Provider dashboard {id} information (number of dashboards and datasets)
