Groups and roles REST API

Goals

Add most of the groups and roles operations available in the UI of the Business Central to the Business Central REST API:

Groups

• New group (see "Groups - New")
• Delete group (see "Groups - Delete")
• List (see "Groups - List")
• Update permissions (see "Groups - Update permissions"): "specify the home page", "the priority", "the permissions over the pages, editor, spaces and projects",...

Roles

• List (see "Roles - List")
• Update permissions (see "Roles - Update permissions"): "specify the home page", "the priority", "the permissions over the pages, editor, spaces and projects",...

Non Goals

We current don't support on BC to add roles dynamically (they live on 'infra level'), so we will not cover the following actions:

• New role (Only available modifying the web.xml file)
• Delete role (Only available modifying the web.xml file)

This doesn't impact user experience, because user can actually use groups to fine tune user permissions.
