Page name already exists

If we delete a page then we can not create a new page with the same name. We get a validation failure that "Page name already exists"

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Menu > Pages
2. Create a new Page
3. Delete the page
4. Try creating a new page with the same name as the previous one
