Goals:
Create a separate application (war) able to deal with all third part integration. The justification for this is to keep business central isolated for any changes on third part provides API and also be able to expand the mechanism to other provides (i.e. gitlab) without modifying business central.

Non goals
Only Github integration is planned on this EPIC.
