[ALL THIS WORKFLOW STILL REQUIRES UX INPUT]
Users clicks on add project, we open the current window to quickly create the project, and we will also add an option of wizard for advanced options.
The wizard will have three workflows: New Project[1] or Import[2] or Try samples[3].
For New Project[1], those are the first wizard steps:
- [1.1] Name, Description, GAV, based on default archetype
- [1.2] Use an external repo (options would be provider selection (at first just Github), repo url and authentication token)
- [1.3] From template (list of archetypes registered on bc)
For Import[2], those are the first wizard steps:
- [2.1] Repository URL
- [2.2] Radio with import once (requires user/password) or sync repo (requires authentication token)
- [2.3] Branch selection
For Try samples[3], those are the first wizard steps:
- [3.1] List of samples
- Alex suggestion here is to keep a button with try samples that goes straight to this step. (Confirm with UX)
