During the sanity tests form JBPM services for version 7.29.0 there was a configuration that needed to be changed to allow to publish a custom WorkItemHandler jar file, without changing it BC was trying to upload the jar to jboss nexus.

The path to the configuration is:
Admin -> Artifact Repository -> Is Distribution Management repository enabled? (set to false)
