Investigate coexistence of two extensions at same time

We want to publish BPMN Editor and DMN Editor in two separate VSCode extensions. Currently our VSCode Extension registers custom commands to handle the save & save all operations. This mechanism may introduce some issues when the two extensions are running at same time. We should investigate how to do that.
