When is called REST command for project creation, after that was space created, it fails with 404 error code. Rest commands are synchronous and creating of the space ends successfully (Call for get created spaces via REST returns 200).
To execute REST commands is used RestWorkbenchClient

When is used only one BC pod replica in BC HA, then project creation starts, but it fails later during project creation on timeout exception. And no project is listed in space.
