Issue:
If I stop my underlying server, my web app shows a generic error pop up and does not tell me that server is shutdown.
If server is shutdown in the middle of some operating that shows Busy Pop Up (for example, when creating a new project), the Busy Pop Up is never closed and web app hangs.

Expected Solution:
The webapp must close Busy Pop Up and show an appropriated pop up saying that server is shutdown
