Check that Case management editor is disabled

Try to create disabled asset

Actual Result:
Asset will be created.

Expected Result:
Disabled asset doesn't displayed in Workbench (at least it shouldn't be possible to create new asset from the UI).

If editor and resources are disabled, it is still possible to create new Assets of this type.

(But Other editor will be opened instead of "real" one.)
