Switcher doesn't enable/disable Experimental editor

      1. Enable Experimental feature
      2. check .niogit/system/preferences/experimental/global/.experimental file (both CM Editor properties (type and editor) will have false value)
      3. Enable Case Management Editor by toggle button
      4. Check file again (CM Editor type will be true, but CM editor will be set false)
      5. Try to create/open CM asset (asset will be created, but Others editor will be opened)
      6. Go to Settings and open Experimental preferences again
      7. Click on Enable All label
      8. Check file again (both properties type and editor will be set to true)
      9. Open/create CM asset (asset will be created and correct CM Editor will be displayed)

      Actual Result:
      described on each line.

      Expected Result:
      Both toggle button and Enable all label will enable/disable editors in same way.

      Toggle button On/Off of editor in Experimental Features framework doesn't enable/disable editors, only resources.

      Also, I didn't noticed any difference between enabled/disabled resources property in .niogit/system/preferences/experimental/global/.experimental and not sure what is it for.
