      Scenario 1

      1. Open Settings, make window narrow

      Actual Result:
Every even row will have 2 elements, every odd row will have one element
      Expected Result:
All rows will have same amount of elements (except last, it should display all remaining elements, if it is less then should be in a row)

      Scenario 2

      1. Startup workbench with experimental feature
      2. Open Settings

      Actual Result:
Last row has more elements than any other.
      Expected Result:
Last row should have same amount of elements or less.

When Experimental feature is disabled I can see layout with 4x3 element in grid. But when I enable Experimental feature, last row has 4 elements, instead of creating one new with 1 element.

Also, when I am trying to make browser window smaller I can see some inconsistent layout, like every even row has 1 element and every odd row has 2 elements.
