    Description

      After AF-1674, we can implement Role-based access to branches (AF-1674).

      We will provide a new UI on project settings in order to allow user to restrict the access (Normal: read/write, Read Only) for a target branch for a specific collaborator type.

      We need help from mstevens1_jira in order to define the best UX for this
