This jira tracks followup work to be done by QE needed before AF-1511 can be merged.

This includes:

• update QE tests to work with the new unified "business-central" distribution
• report/verify any issues found while validating it
• implement additional coverage to validate the new functionality around enabling / disabling functionality based on (TODO not sure how it's called) "entitlements"
