Add a preferences option to select Business Central Profiles/Entitlements

      This is basically a configuration screen that would provide users enable/disable the entitlements/profiles:

      • Rules and Planner/RHDM
      • All/RHPAM

      These options would basically clean the navigation (home and mega menu).
