Currently, Dashbuilder uses google charts to render dashboards. The downside of this library is that it requires internet connection to render the charts.
The goal of this epic is to investigate an alternative to Google Charts, include this support on business central as default and also provide a way to still uses google charts via preferences.
After some investigation, the chosen library will be C3 (https://c3js.org/)
