Implement a JS Bridge able to read a Perspective Definition written in TypeScript (using af-js) and transform into a regular AppFormer Perspective.

Acceptance criteria:
Given a Perspective Definition written in Typescript, AppFormer should be able to understand and render it together with its components (screens, etc).
