Disable compilation of showcase modules / webapps in all downstream-pullrequests jobs.
The showcase modules / webapps will still be compiled in "normal" pullrequest jobs,
Also compilation of kie-wb / kie-drools-wb WON'T be disabled, so the "biggest" webapps would still be compiled and would catch potential breaking changes in client-side code.

I'd like to disable compilation for the following modules, where it's slowest:

drools-wb-webapp 7:25
dashbuilder-webapp 4:45
uberfire-webapp 2:29
kie-wb-common-stunner-showcase-standalone 2:24
kie-wb-common-dmn-webapp 2:13
uberfire-wires-webapp 1:43
jbpm-wb-case-mgmt-showcase 1:37 not disabling this one as it's not a showcase, but a deliverable
uberfire-client-webapp 1:23

Disabling these will make full downstream build about 45 minutes faster
