Investigate Error occurring after project deletion

Description:
After deleting a project an error modal shows in Library Screen.
Error text: Unable to complete your request. The following exception occurred: 'd' is null.
There is no stack.

How to reproduce it:

• Create a Project.
• Delete the project.
• Error should pop up.
