When ever a new project is created we add a remote repository into the pom.xml file. At the moment this uses a direct file path to the location where the repository is, but this does not work if you clone the repository and build locally in a different location.
Before we used file:// we used to pick up the URL from the browser window when the project was created, but this is not the optimal solution. Since the domain, workbench name and so on could change.
This property let's the user specify the repository themselves.
