[Project Oriented] Import should clone the external repository, not copy contents

The import feature was adapted to copy content inside spaces default repository, it was intent to be a temporary solution.

But now we have project oriented and we have to fix it, so no more copy (with copy we loose Git history for instance) and we should clone instead.

Note: The existing copy behavior for `examples` should be preserved.
