An option with the value c:\\dir
test.txt is injected inside a command field as c:\dir\test.txt
We would like the ability to disable this parsing and have the value to reach the command as typed by the user.

Furthermore, if the string is quoted: "c:\\dir
test.txt", the value that is injected is c:direst.txt. All escapes have been removed. NB: We are in a context where the quote parsing has been disabled.
