Ctrl+R history is broken in 0.59

Ctrl+R will only bring up the latest match. Hitting it again does nothing. Example:

artificer> query /s-ramp
artificer> query /s-ramp/core

Ctrl+R + "query"
"query /s-ramp/core"

Hit Ctrl+R again, stays on "query /s-ramp/core". In bash, that would cycle to the previous "query /s-ramp" – IE, go one step backwards in the history matches for each time Ctrl+R is hit.
