      Acceptance Criteria

      1. CSV for Operator
      2. Add to RHMI OperatorSource
      3. Document permissions needed by Operator
      4. Ensure the ‘status’ field of the installation CR complies with the defined states expected by RHMI
      5. Requests and limits defined for memory and CPU for all pods (Operator and Service)
