Update CSS for Wizard

Description

The form in the wizard is a 3rd party form and does not use PF4 forms. For consistency it should be updated to be styled to match PF4 forms.

Acceptance Criteria

• Form has been styled to match PF4 forms.
• Form behavior / features are consistent with PF forms behavior / features.
• Design has reviewed and signed off on updates.
• Code has been tested and verified.
