As an SRE, I want the ability to specify an external DB as the DB for the MSS Service.

This card is for the Mobile Security Service to make use of an external DB.

The proposal is that a field for the external DB URL be added to the MSS install CRD. This can be populated;

• manually if running outside RHMI, or
• via the RHMI operator (if it requested the creation from the Cloud Resources Operator).

The exact approach should be agreed with RHMI ENG team to ensure that we are all aligned.

Acceptance Criteria

1. An external DB (outside of the cluster where Push is running) can be set as the Mobile Security Service DB.
2. Ensure that the SOP for restoration is still relevant.
