Acceptance Criteria

• Update to recent version of PF4 to get the latest data toolbar component.
• Update toolbar to use new PF4 data toolbar (https://patternfly-react.surge.sh/patternfly-4/experimental/datatoolbar/)

Notes:

• Unknown if chips might not be the same as the design for search. This might result in new story.
