Service list
Add "list" subcommand in "service" command to list available services
List
Lists available mobile services: name, host and version.
The command should read the manifest json file stored in mdc namespace filtering services by the boolean "mobile" variable.
it should also print in a column if the listed service is already bound in the current mobile client.
Command: ag service list
