At the moment, after a service is bound to an app (a CR is created), the service operator only sets up the service for the client app once, and it will not watch the service API to try sync data back from the service to the CR. This means that if users make certain changes via the service UI, the configurations in mobile-services.json file will not be updated automatically. Users will need to perform the changes manually.

This issues is about creating documentation to explain what kind of changes will result users updating the configurations manually. It needs to cover push, mss, and sso.

chfoley grdryn I think this is a high priority issue because without this, people could think that things are broken, or consider them as bugs. So we should probably progress this ASAP.
