• Change the operator - The App and DB should be created in the same namespace of the operator

How

• Change the doc and described how to change the operator in order to allow create no-privileged access role (is better we keep this possibility in the case of the requirements change again)
• Add the fix namespace in the types
• Add new make command to do the full deploy
• Update the readme

IMPORTANT: The roles will still be required for the binding type (the files are: the role and the role_binding, check the README it has an explanation over this config)

Why

• By default, the Mobile Security Service will be installed just for the admins (New Requirement)
